This page covers the productzephyr.com website, the trial request form and the sign-up form. Data you enter inside the application as a customer is governed by the data processing agreement attached to your subscription.

What this site collects
Nothing at all unless you submit one of the two forms. The trial request form collects your company name, your email address, your VAT number, your country, and — if you fill them in — a referral code and a free-text message. The sign-up form collects your name, your company name, your email address and the password you choose.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your request and to set up a trial workspace. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. The VAT number is also needed to invoice you correctly under European rules.
How long it is kept
30 days. Requests that become customers are kept for the life of the contract, and afterwards for the period accounting law requires.
Who else sees it
OVH hosts the servers, Resend sends the email, and Paddle takes the payment. Paddle is our authorised reseller and the seller of record on a subscription, so it collects your billing details itself and is responsible for them in its own right, under its own privacy notice.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party tracker. Nothing about your visit is shared with an advertising network.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to its processing. Write to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
