One price changes, forty files are wrong
The tariff is corrected in a single spreadsheet. The sheets already sent, the deck a colleague reuses and the PDF on your website keep the old figure until a client notices for you.
Every document you send about a product
ProductZephyr holds each product once, then renders every document that leaves your company from it — product sheets, distributor packs, price lists, sales decks — in every language, currency and unit you sell in.
Thirty days, every feature, no card. Ready the moment you finish the form.
The work is not difficult. It is the same work again, because a price moved, a distributor asked for their own language, or a colleague needs it as slides by Thursday.
The tariff is corrected in a single spreadsheet. The sheets already sent, the deck a colleague reuses and the PDF on your website keep the old figure until a client notices for you.
Another language, another currency, millimetres instead of inches — and the same document is rebuilt from scratch, by hand, a third time.
Word for the sheet, Excel for the prices, PowerPoint for the meeting. Nothing is wrong with those tools; retyping the same values into all three, every week, is what costs you the day.
ProductZephyr is narrow on purpose. Four sentences are enough to tell whether it fits.
Not one large catalogue a year. The documents that leave your company every week.
A client asks for a price and a specification. The sheet goes out the same hour, with today’s figures, in their language and their currency.
The PDF behind a Documentation tab, or the images a marketplace listing wants. Regenerated when the product changes, rather than when somebody remembers.
A selection of your range, in their language, their currency and their unit system — saved once as a profile, re-run whenever the range moves.
The same template rendered as PowerPoint, one slide per page, ready for the meeting on Thursday. No screenshots pasted into a presentation.
One tariff per market, with your discount levels applied, and the exchange rate that was used recorded alongside the file.
Three hundred pages, rendered in chunks and merged. It is one of the documents ProductZephyr makes — it is simply not the one that earns its keep.
The work happens once. After that, sending a document is a choice of products, a language and a format.
Typed attributes — text, numbers, prices, measurements with units, dates, rich text — grouped into categories and translated per language.
Place text, product fields, attribute tables, images and shapes on A4 pages. A page with nothing to say about a product drops out on its own.
Choose the products, the language, the currency and the format. The file is built in the background and waiting for you.
Included in both plans. There is no feature tier.
Not a picture of a page. Text stays selectable, searchable and indexable, so the document can be quoted, indexed and read by the software on the other side.
Set the target currency and unit system on the export: prices convert at the rate you set or at the European Central Bank’s rate of the day, millimetres become inches, and the rate that was applied is recorded with the file.
Values are stored per language with a fallback, so a half-finished translation degrades gracefully instead of leaving a hole in the page.
Export to xlsx, csv or ods, edit where your team already works, push it back. Rows match on ID first, then on SKU — updates, not duplicates.
Open a workspace and put a slice of your real catalogue in it — an import understands an ordinary spreadsheet. What you are judging is then your own data, not a demo dataset chosen to look good. If you would rather we did that first pass with you, ask for a demo.
